The Hospice RN serves as the primary point of contact for patients and families, delivering personalized nursing care and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for performing assessments, managing symptoms, and providing emotional and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and have at least one year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or related clinical fields. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification are also required.
