Perform a variety of laboratory tests in compliance with Cherokee Nation, OSHA, CLIA'88, and COLA regulations. Work under the supervision of a Laboratory Supervisor or Director to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
Requires a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or a recognized Medical Technology School. Candidates must be a registered Medical Technologist (or eligible) and obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Conducts a variety of laboratory tests and duties according to established laboratory procedures, and in compliance with Cherokee Nation Policies and Procedures, Rural Health Guidelines and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA'88), and Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) regulations, or any other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines while working under the supervision of a Laboratory Supervisor and/or Laboratory Director.
