Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes under the direction of an RN. Assist with medication management, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a current Hawaii LPN license and at least one year of clinical experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to serve patients across Oahu.
