The Registered Nurse will collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans while meeting critical charting deadlines. The role requires self-managing time and schedules while providing support to patients within the local area.
Candidates must hold an Associate degree or higher and possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license. A minimum of 2 years of hospice experience and proficiency with EMR software are required, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
