Must provide a copy of a valid cpr card.

Must provide a copy of a neg tb skin test results or current chest xray.

Must have level 2 background clearance.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to provide proof of car insurance.

Only Professional and Reliable HHAs need apply.
