The physical therapist will provide high-level care to patients across two clinics, managing a caseload of 10-12 patients daily. Responsibilities include conducting systematic patient assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to program development.
Candidates must hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. A BLS certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
