The Medical Technologist is responsible for collecting and analyzing laboratory specimens while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. They also provide technical assistance and supportive patient care, including phlebotomy, IV starts, and EKG initiation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Physical Sciences or Medical Laboratory Science and possess a current BLS certification. A minimum of 6 years of core lab experience is required for the Pennsylvania market.
