Provide one-to-one observation for patients identified as being at risk for potential injury to themselves or others. Maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families while interfacing with various hospital disciplines.
Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and possess the ability to organize and prioritize a multifaceted workload. Completion of a Patient Monitoring Course and current BLS certification are required upon hire.
