Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with various orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Raintree EMR system while managing a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week.
Candidates must hold a degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and possess an active state Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills are required for this patient-centered role.
