Job description

Our Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both front and back office operations within the clinic. This individual delivers safe, compassionate, and professional patient care under the direction of a provider and/or nurse, while working within their scope of practice. The Medical Assistant ensures a smooth patient experience by maintaining clinical excellence and supporting administrative functions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

What You'll Do

Room patients and assist provider as needed.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient exams and procedures, always keeping room neat and clean
Daily, weekly, and monthly exam room cleaning, inventorying, and equipment checks.
Assist with scanning paperwork and uploading pictures into the EMR, scribing for provider
Record new patients’ medical history, medications, allergies, and pertinent information in the EMR
Reinforce doctors’ instructions regarding procedures and results

Skills and Experience

Certified as a Medical Assistant is preferred
Scribe and/or Dermatology experience preferred
