The Home Health Aide provides personal care and health-related services to clients, including medication administration and assistance with daily living tasks. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the facility complies with state and federal regulations.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school education and a CNA/NAR or H.H.A. certificate. Applicants must be able to lift at least 30 lbs and demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being for those clients living at RM Management. This position assists clients with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement, the Medication Administration Record (MAR), and other services as delegated by the RN.
