The Hospitalist APP will perform rounding and swing shifts to manage a patient census of 12, focusing on improving outcomes and reducing readmissions. The role involves collaborating with intensivists and various specialists while providing high-quality patient-centered care.
Candidates must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prior inpatient experience. An unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa and the authority to prescribe medications are required.
