The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and provide speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating care with physicians and families.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted license and meet ASHA certification requirements for Speech Language Pathology or Audiology. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required for home health visits.
