The physical therapist will perform systematic patient assessments and provide orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy for a caseload of 10-12 patients daily. They are also responsible for accurate documentation and instructing patients and their families on care plans.
Candidates must hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. A BLS certification is required within the first 90 days of employment.

Seeking a PRN orthopedic/pelvic spilt PT to join our team. Seeking candidate with strong orthopedic and pelvic health skills to join our team in a new clinic build. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable carrying an orthopedic and pelvic floor caseload. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
