$55.00/hr plus $5.09 for Health and Wellness Position SummaryThe SCI RN provides specialized care for patients with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, supporting both acute stabilization and long-term rehabilitation. Primary Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications, IV therapy, and specialized treatments Provide bowel/bladder care and wound management Assist with mobility, ADLs, and rehabilitation goals Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning Educate patients and families on long-term care needs Document care in EHR Work Environment Acute SCI unit and long-term care settings Focus on rehabilitation, complication prevention, and quality of life
