About the Role

• The Housekeeping staff at CarDon and Associates play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
• This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• The Housekeeping staff will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold the reputation of CarDon and Associates as a premier living community.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are essential, as the cleanliness of the manor directly impacts the comfort and well-being of its residents.
• Ultimately, the housekeeping staff contribute significantly to the overall quality of life for our residents.

• Job Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Assist in the organization and management of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in cleaning management or related training.
• Experience working in a healthcare or residential facility.
