Working at Kearny Vista Permanent Supportive Housing, you’ll meet clients where they are—literally and figuratively. Whether you’re leading a group session in a community space or providing 1-on-1 support in the field, your presence provides the stability they need to live independently and thrive.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like • Empowerment

• Assist residents in maintaining housing stability through personalized behavioral health screenings and care coordination.
• Advocacy: Act as the primary case manager, connecting clients to the resources they need to stay healthy and safe.
• Connection: Facilitate community-building events like BBQs, tenant education, and support groups to foster a sense of belonging.
• Mobility: Use your personal vehicle to help clients get to vital appointments (with full mileage reimbursement!).

Schedule

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 10:30
• AM - 7:00 PM Expected starting wage range is $26.50 - $32.50/hr. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC), Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC, SUDCC II, III, IV), or Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP in the state of WA). In AZ must be certified as Minimum state requirements as a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC) or Licensed Substance Abuse Technician (LSAT)
• Six (6) months’ experience in addictions setting
• All certifications must be maintained for duration of employment
• Within two (2) months of employment, ability to apply financial requirements for billing and learn billing codes
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
