- This position plays a vital role in emergency response, patient education, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong>How you’ll contribute </strong></p><ul style="padding-left: 72px;"><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Conduct diagnostic testing, including bedside PFTs, EKGs, blood gas analysis, and tobacco cessation education.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Deliver respiratory therapies, monitor patient response, and communicate changes in condition.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Respond to codes and emergent respiratory calls, providing rapid assessment and intervention.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Educate patients and families on respiratory health, medication use, and illness management.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment, manage supplies, and support performance improvement efforts.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Provide care across neonatal through older adult populations while ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.</p></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong>What we’re looking for </strong></p><ul style="padding-left: 72px;"><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">RRT license in the state of practice.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Ability to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to biological and chemical hazards.</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">Strong critical thinking skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient centered care.</p></li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><strong>Why join us </strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0in;">We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
