About the RoleThe Respiratory Therapist evaluates and treats patients with breathing related conditions, performs diagnostic testing, and collaborates with physicians to develop effective treatment plans.
This position plays a vital role in emergency response, patient education, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. How you’ll contribute <ul style="padding-left: 72px;"><li>Conduct diagnostic testing, including bedside PFTs, EKGs, blood gas analysis, and tobacco cessation education.</li><li>Deliver respiratory therapies, monitor patient response, and communicate changes in condition.</li><li>Respond to codes and emergent respiratory calls, providing rapid assessment and intervention.</li><li>Educate patients and families on respiratory health, medication use, and illness management.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment, manage supplies, and support performance improvement efforts.</li><li>Provide care across neonatal through older adult populations while ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.</li></ul> What we’re looking for <ul style="padding-left: 72px;"><li>Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.</li><li>RRT license in the state of practice.</li><li>BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.</li><li>Ability to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to biological and chemical hazards.</li><li>Strong critical thinking skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient centered care.</li></ul> Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
