The LPN is responsible for overseeing all patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. They will administer medications, assist with care plans, and oversee CNAs on the unit.
A preferred experience of 1 year as an LPN and long-term care experience is preferred. An Indiana LPN License is required for this position.

Requirements: Experience: 1 year LPN- Preferred Long Term Care Experience preferred
