Mental Health Technician - Webb

• Mental Health Technician II- Webb This position is located in Webb, Alabama. Work hours of this position are: Week 1: Monday, Thursday & Friday 7p-7a Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 7p-7a Duties of this position include:
• Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.
• Teaching group and individual basic living skills
• Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program
• Ensure efficient operation of the facility
• Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision
• Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED
• Good MVR, willing to submit to motor vehicle report check
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire
• Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment
• Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
