Job Summary The Certified Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. For this immediately available role, overnight shifts (11 pm-7/8 am) are available multiple nights, and additional 4-hour daytime shifts can be added.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Can perform light lifts as needed
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/ Reminders
• Ambulation and transporting of clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Ability to follow care-plan
• Documentation/Charting
