The registered nurse is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care for program participants. Duties include direct patient care, nursing assessments, medical documentation, medication administration, and maintaining medical supplies.
Candidates must hold a degree as a Registered Nurse. Experience working with the program's specific population is preferred, and the role requires the willingness to become a CPR/First Aid trainer.

NFI North is seeking a full-time registered nurse Monday-Friday 8AM – 4PM at our 16-bed adult program which has been relocated to Arbor View in Newport, NH.
This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, case management, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get back into the community by volunteering, gaining employment, and transitioning into apartments with the support of our amazing staff team.
Responsible for overall planning and implementation of medical and psychiatric nursing care of program participants. Provide direct medical and psychiatric nursing care, nursing assessment of program participants, medical documentation and record keeping, medication administration and responsibility for program medical supplies. Must be willing to become a CPR/First Aid Trainer. This position has on-call responsibilities.
Degree of Registered Nurse, experience with the program population preferred.
