The LPN is responsible for administering medications and treatments according to established nursing care plans. They also monitor resident symptoms and progress while coordinating with the Nurse Manager.
Candidates must hold a current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license. Completion of an accredited LPN school is required.

Qualifications: Current NY State Licensed Practical Nurse
