Family Medicine – OB is Optional (0.6 – 1.0 FTE) West Duluth, MN PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS: Join a clinic renowned for its exceptional team environment going though a growth-spurt and generational change. Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team. ZERO Call! In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team. Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine. Benefit from an established patient base Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday) Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai Digital X-Ray with rapid results Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 – 1.0 REQUIRMENTS: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice. LOCATION: Duluth, MN – A vibrant community with a population of over 90,000. COMPENSATION $308,000.
