The Interventional Radiographer performs complex angiographic procedures, including invasive vascular treatments, ensuring optimal image quality through technical and non-technical tasks. Responsibilities also include accurate entry of on-line charges into the Radiology Information System (RIS) and participation in required on-call coverage.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Radiologic Technology or accredited Cardiovascular Technology program and hold ARRT registration along with a valid State of Ohio Radiological License. Preferred qualifications include CI or CV registry, or RCIS certification with two years of cardiac catheterization experience, alongside two years of diagnostic radiography experience.
