The Wound Nurse is responsible for assessing and caring for patient wounds while educating the clinical team on wound care and prevention. They must also ensure timely and accurate documentation of resident care within the Electronic Medical Record system.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in Virginia and current CPR certification. One year of RN experience and wound care certification are preferred.
