The General Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care as the sole provider in a modern, team-supported practice. Responsibilities include managing patient relationships, performing dental procedures, and maintaining clinical autonomy within the practice.
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree from a U.S.-accredited program and possess an active Florida dental license. A minimum of 3–5 years of professional clinical experience and active DEA registration are required.
4-day work week: Tuesday through Friday as the sole provider Modern facility with 5 spacious operatories 2 dedicated doctor operatories 3 hygiene columns per day Experienced support team: Office Manager, 2 front desk coordinators, 2 skilled dental assistants, and 4 registered dental hygienists Technology-forward practice: Digital X-rays Intraoral cameras Insurance mix: PPO with a Fee-for-Service component Ideal Candidate: Committed to providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Open to expanding services such as endodontics, oral surgery, and implant placement (with in-house CBCT or referral options) Why Join Us?
