$127,525 - $175,822 / YEAR
Provide comprehensive hands-on care for high-risk and preterm infants, including delivery room management and NICU patient care. Participate in neonatal transport, multidisciplinary meetings, and provide telehealth consultations to community providers.
Requires current licensure as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and a Master or Doctorate degree in Neonatology. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of relevant experience and neonatal certification.
$127,524.80 - $175,822.40 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. Sign-on bonus and loan repayment options available, subject to eligibility requirements including time commitment and experience. Current licensure as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Preferred 2 years’ experience as an NNP or PA. Graduated with a Master or Doctorate degree in Neonatology or formal training and/or Neonatology experience as a Physician's Assistant. Neonatal Certification. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Department Information Working in our Level III NICU, you will have the opportunity to participate as a provider in a wide range of procedures, including neonatal intubation, umbilical line placement, chest tube insertion, arterial puncture and arterial line placement, ventilator management, and whole-body cooling for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), as well as other procedures as applicable.
