The Surgical Technician assists in surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring proper instrument handling. They also support the surgical team by preparing patients and monitoring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and have completed an accredited surgical technician program. A BLS certification is required, and the ability to work on-call shifts is mandatory.
