Provide personal care to hospice patients in an inpatient setting. Ensure care is delivered according to the established patient plan of care.
Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or test-ready. Candidates who are test-ready must obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA or test-ready). If test-ready, Hospice of Northwest Ohio will pay the cost of the test if obtained within first 90 days of employment.
Hospice Aides provide personal care to hospice patients according to the patient’s plan of care.
