Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor client health according to care plans. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life. Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous caregiving experience or training in home health care. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move clients as needed. Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Background check and drug screening required.
