The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold an active Maryland PTA license. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment are required.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Baltimore team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, helping patients recover, improve mobility, and return to their daily activities safely and efficiently.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Educate patients on exercises, recovery expectations, and injury prevention Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging patient experience
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Maryland PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting Commitment to high-quality patient care and outcomes New graduates are encouraged to apply
