Provide direct critical care to patients in a small ICU setting, including managing ventilators, vasoactive drips, and sedation. Responsibilities also include floating to Med-Surg and Telemetry units as needed and documenting care in the Epic EMR system.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience and a valid California RN license. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, with proficiency in critical care monitoring and equipment.

This role supports a small, high-acuity ICU where nurses manage critically ill patients with a high level of autonomy and broad clinical responsibility.
POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for ICU nurses who thrive in low-census environments, are confident working independently, and are comfortable managing a wide range of critical care conditions with limited support.
COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Each compensation package is customized and may include taxable hourly wages along with tax-free stipends when applicable.
