Provides community-based mental health and substance abuse services to individuals, groups, and families to support wellness goals. Develops individualized treatment plans and coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, including conducting assessments and discharge planning.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related human services field. Candidates must hold or be eligible for relevant state licensure and possess a valid driver's license.
