The Administrative Case Manager will assess client needs to coordinate supportive services such as housing, funding, and healthcare. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and acting as a liaison between clients and other service providers.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and multitask effectively.

Assess and determine supportive services to meet each clients unique needs Coordinate necessary services based on needs assessment such as assistance with housing, funding for treatment, health insurance, employment.
