Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Greenville, South Carolina.

This role supports a Level I Trauma hospital providing high-acuity respiratory care across adult critical care units, including ventilator management and advanced airway support.

POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for RRTs with strong adult critical care experience who are confident managing ventilated patients, performing airway interventions, and supporting high-acuity trauma populations.

COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation. Clinical responsibilities
Manage ventilated patients (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC)
Perform airway management including suctioning, extubation, and trach care
Deliver respiratory medications via multiple delivery systems
Monitor and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
Provide pulmonary hygiene and respiratory treatments
Support rapid response and critical care teams
Document all care in Epic EMR system

Acute care hospital setting (800 beds)
Adult critical care and trauma population
High-volume respiratory department
