Provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative supports to youth in their homes to address behavioral health needs. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote family strengths.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related human services field. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of experience working with children and families.
