The Mental Health Aide provides direct therapeutic services to residents, including crisis intervention and medication management. They are also responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence and assisting with daily living activities.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, with an Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, and experience in a mental health or residential setting. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program. These services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures.
Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
Valid driver's license in good standing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
