Provide comprehensive therapeutic services including individual, group, and family sessions via telehealth platforms. Conduct intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care with relevant medical and social agencies.
Candidates must hold a valid New York license as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC. The role requires strong clinical experience, proficiency in documentation, and the ability to manage an independent caseload.

🔹 Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth. 🔹 Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care. 🔹 Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. 🔹 Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies. 🔹 Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system. 🔹 Participate in case management and team meetings as needed. 🔹 Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
✔ Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York ✔ An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance ✔ Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload ✔ Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability ✔ Skilled in time management and documentation ✔ Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!
