Candidates must hold a DVM degree, an active New York state license, and a DEA license with at least two years of experience in exotics medicine. Proficiency in basic surgical procedures and a commitment to compassionate, ethical patient care are required.
All Ears Veterinary is a modern, independently-owned veterinary clinic focused on creating a happy, fulfilling work environment.
We know that a team that feels respected and supported in every way leads to the best medicine.
We encourage curiosity, stay flexible in how we do things, and listen to (and implement) ideas for how we can be better.
Our philosophy for patient care is built around fear free and low stress practices and techniques, ensuring the best and safest experience for our patients and team.
We are excited about affecting real change in the veterinary industry and we hope you are, too.
We are looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian (Exotics) to join our growing team.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience practicing in exotics primary care, urgent care or emergency medicine and comfort working with exotics independently and without direct mentorship in exotic medicine.
You would be the sole exotics veterinarian.
This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position responsible for mentorship of other exotics veterinarians.
We have a robust clientele of exotics patients.
Experience with canine and feline medicine, or a desire to learn, is a plus, but not required.
