Job Type: Full-time Location: Columbus, OH Client Focus: Individuals (from ages 6 to 99), couples, and families Clinical Areas: Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more
Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Meet the productivity requirements of 23 clients/week consistently Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
Who We’re Looking For Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams
