The practitioner will provide independent medical care to patients with kidney disease in collaboration with a physician-led team. Responsibilities include evaluating patients in clinics and dialysis units, coordinating care, and providing health education.
Candidates must hold a certification or licensure as a Physician's Assistant or Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a medical provider is required, with preference given to those with nephrology experience.
Under general supervision, provides independent medical care to patients with kidney disease
