• Qualifications): Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state. Board certification as an FNP. DEA registration. 2+ years of primary care experience preferred. Experience treating patients ages 2+. Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality. Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
