The intern will provide clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management and psychoeducation. They will also participate in weekly supervision, case consultations, and internal agency trainings.
Candidates must be Master's or Doctoral students in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related human services field. A commitment of 9-12 months and a minimum of 10 hours per week is required.

We are dedicated to supporting youth and families in achieving mental health and overall well-being. We are seeking a Master's-level intern (MSW or Counseling) passionate about community-based mental health. This internship offers hands-on clinical experience working with children, adults, and families across the lifespan in a highly diverse environment. The intern will provide: Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Parent-focused Treatment, and Group Therapy with Trauma-Informed Interventions. Compensation & Benefits: This is a NON-PAID student intern opportunity Duties & Functions: Following an initial period of training and shadowing opportunities, the student will ultimately participate in all core clinical services offered through our Freshlo Hub. Students will perform duties of a Freshlo therapist which will include initial assessment and diagnosis, individual therapy, family therapy, case management, and psychoeducation. The student will participate in a minimum of 1 hour of weekly individual supervision while also having the opportunity to participate in additional small group supervisions, case consultations, internal agency trainings, and team meetings. Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing. Perform other duties as assigned. Student Supervisor’s Credentials: 1 LCSW/LPC Supervisor and 1 LCSW Program Manager Requirements & Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral Students in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, or other related human services field with an emphasis on clinical work. Title and Hours required: A minimum of 10 hours per week (15-20 hours preferred) along with a 9–12-month commitment. Preferred Start date & Schedule: No preference for start date and schedule can be flexible, Monday through Friday.
