Provide a full range of speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes according to physician orders. Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise patient care plans while maintaining compliance with Medicare documentation standards.
Requires a master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Washington State license. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to travel throughout King County.
Description Careage Home Health in King County is looking for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to administer speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence in the King County area. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. We offer a competitive hourly rate for all patient visits, documentation & travel time!

Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology Currently licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State Two (2) years of experience, preferred Home Health experience, preferred Ability to travel within King County Why work with us?
