The Clinical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic procedures in their assigned area. They also maintain professional rapport between laboratory staff and other hospital departments.
Candidates must hold a Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred for this position.
The Clinical Laboratory Technologist Generalist is responsible for performance of diagnostic procedures in the area for which they are assigned. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in areas that they are licensed. This individual helps maintain an excellent rapport between Laboratory staff and other hospital departments.
