The Clinical Case Manager provides clinical services to assist patients with bio-psycho-social needs, including crisis intervention and therapeutic treatment. They also manage treatment activities, coordinate legal paperwork, and interface with the physician-led treatment team.
A Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years of direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
Bachelor’s degree for an accredited school of Social Services, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Mental Health related field required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
