The specialist will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group counseling for adults with co-occurring disorders. They are responsible for delivering psychoeducation and supporting clients in building sober networks within a residential and community setting.
Candidates must possess a valid Massachusetts CADC certification and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in serious mental illness and substance use disorders.

**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**
Community Living Specialist 3 - CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor)
Location: Pittsfield, MA
$26.00-$28.00 Per hour depending upon level of experience
Schedule: 40 Hours per week; Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed
Full-time Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) needed to join a team in a DMH-funded program serving adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role includes working in a 6-bed residential setting and providing community-based support to a small caseload. Responsibilities include delivering psychoeducation, building recovery skills, supporting clients in developing sober networks, and facilitating dual diagnosis groups. Experience with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and group facilitation required; familiarity with DMH assessments and treatment planning is a plus.
