The therapist provides direct clinical services, including diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy. They are responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating post-care and community resources.
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and state licensure/certification are required. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a therapist, with at least one year specifically working with the facility's target population.
