We offer four outpatient surgery suites with state-of-the-art technology, coupled with fully equipped pre- and post-operative care areas. We focus on providing a high level of care in a private outpatient setting.

You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Carolina offers the following surgical care: Ear, nose and throat procedures, such as tonsillectomies, pediatric ear tube placement and reconstruction of inner ear components to improve hearing
Orthopedic procedures, including: Knee arthroscopies (using a special scope to diagnose an injury to, or perform minor surgery on, the knee) Fracture repairs Shoulder reconstructions Rotator cuff repairs Foot and ankle surgeries Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) reconstruction in the knee Eye procedures, including plastic, reconstructive and cataract surgeries Hernia repairs and gall bladder removals Breast biopsies Gynecology surgeries Plastic surgery, including breast reconstruction, reduction and augmentation Urology procedure Be the Nurse Who Redefines Care.
